Before we begin
Who is the review designed for?
Contractor owners, developers and senior project leaders who want an independent management perspective on delivery, resource use and cash-flow planning.
What information is needed?
The agreed review may use your current programme, progress reports, organisation chart, manpower records, procurement commitments and cash-flow information. We agree the information requirements and handling arrangements before work starts.
How are timing and fees agreed?
After an introductory discussion, we propose a defined scope, deliverables, timetable and fee for your project. Any ongoing implementation support is agreed separately.
Does the review include engineering or audit services?
The initial offer is management advisory. Engineering design, technical certification, legal advice and financial audit are outside the operations review. The final service scope is agreed subject to applicable licensing requirements.
